How long time have they been a full time real estate agent? (Should be minimum 8 years)
How many active home buyers are they currently working with in the area, and can they show you the buyers' information? (Should be minimum 30 - 40)
Do they have a Performance Guarantee with a penalty to the agent if not met?
Do they use Demographic Migration Data to target the most likely buyers to move to your area?
Do they use Target Marketing to target the most opportune buyer, i.e. the most likely buyer to buy your home?
How many people are on their team? Do they have the necessary marketing, administrative, and legal support to service you?
What marketing do they outsource and what services do they use for massive marketing campaigns?
How many ads do they run on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media marketing sites? And can they show you the ads?
Do they promote a "Secret List of Unlisted Homes," and if so, how many qualified buyers can they present your home to the evening before the launch of your home?
Do they update their clients on the sale of their homes on the same day and time every week? And, which day and time do they do this?
What empirical data do they have to support the recommended list price of your home?
Are they prepared to tell you the truth about your homes value and how the sale is going, rather than telling you what they think you want to hear?
